Built and refined a low-ticket digital product funnel for a content creator and online entrepreneur, increasing conversions by 17% through optimized design, upsell automation, and re-engagement workflows.

Wealth Diva, a female content creator and digital entrepreneur, wanted to scale sales of her $37 digital product bundle while nurturing leads into her higher-ticket offers. Her existing funnel performed inconsistently, and abandoned carts were impacting daily revenue.

STrategy & solution

The focus was to increase immediate conversions while building a system that automated follow-up and maximized lifetime customer value.

My goal was refining the customer journey — combining persuasive design, automation, and testing to drive consistent, repeatable sales.

Funnel Redesign: Simplified the layout for clarity, added persuasive copy, testimonials, fast action bonuses, and trust elements.

Tripwire Optimization: Implemented an automated upsell to a related offer and added order bumps for increased AOV.

Reactivation Workflow: Created an abandoned cart sequence with dynamic timing and urgency triggers.

Testing & Analytics: Monitored key metrics such as checkout completion, upsell acceptance, and reactivation rate to refine performance.
