Brittany Marie, a 7-figure personal brand and business coach, teaches entrepreneurs how to build profitable online brands through content, courses, and coaching. Her goal was to build a funnel that moved her audience from free value to paid programs on to her high ticket coaching program, without losing connection or authenticity.Her existing process generated engagement but struggled to convert followers into consistent clients.

The goal was to create a journey that educated, nurtured, and converted within one automated ecosystem.

The funnel was built to educate, nurture, and convert in a natural flow that maintained Brittany’s authentic voice throughout.

Webinar Registration Funnel: Designed a conversion-optimized registration page that highlighted key pain points, benefits, and authority cues to maximize sign-ups.

Evergreen Masterclass : Transitioned the live training to an evergreen automated experience to generate leads and sales around the clock.

Email Automation: Built pre- and post-webinar sequences to increase attendance and convert attendees to members or coaching clients through social proof and case studies.

Upsell to High Ticket Coaching: Positioned the 1-on-1 coaching program as the next logical step after the membership, using client success stories and strategic CTA placement.

CRM & Tracking Integration: Implemented tag-based lead scoring, pipeline stages, and retargeting to track conversions and re-engage interested prospects.
